The Challange is to sit still and clear your mind of thought by focusing on your breath, in and out. I find counting to be helpful. Silently count; one-thousand one, one thousand two as you inhale, the same as you hold your breath and the same as you exhale. The Navy Seals call their technique, 5 by 5 by 5. The seconds you choose is secondary to the goal of clearing your mind of through. If a thought flies in notice it, let it go, and continue on with your breath work. Start with five minutes a day and expand your time as you move forward. Now start noticing throughout the day, if intruding thoughts are negative or positive. If a negative thought arises, stop the thought, and replace it with a positive through. Like anything worthwhile it takes practice, but if you can control your thoughts, your vibration will rise, and your positive thoughts will have a far-reaching effect that will benefit the planet and everything living on it.
