Aloo Matar Pulao with Boiled Eggs: A Delicious One-Pot Meal Recipe #ambershomemade


7-8 tbsp of oil

2 cardamom 

3-4 cloves

1 piece cinnamon 

1 tej pata ( bay leaf)

2 onions finely sliced 

1 tbsp ginger paste 

1.5 tbsp garlic paste 

1 tsp chilli powder 

1 tsp coriander powder 

1/4 tsp turmeric powder 

2 tsps salt

2 tomatoes finely chopped 

2 potatoes 

1 bowl of fresh peas

A tsp of kasuri methi 

A tsp of lemon juice

A few coriander leaves 

4-5 tsps of curd

2 green chillies slit 

3 glasses of water for 2 glasses( 500 g) of rice 

2 glasses of rice( 500 g of zeera rice or sona masoori or basmati rice)





For the boiled eggs


4-5 tbsps of oil

1/2 tsp chilli powder 

Pich of turmeric powder 

1/2 tsp coriander powder 

1/4 tsp salt

5 eggs boiled and peeled..add slits on them 

Saute for 2 min
