For me i lost crunch toast i have cottage cheese and boiled eggs on toast. Today I switched it up and put maple on the cottage cheese toast and ate the eggs on the side. Not a huge switch but it's deifnely different to just having the eggs and cottage cheese. It's got 24 grams of protein per 1 toast with cottage cheese and 2 eggs then I drink a protein water with it and that gives me an extra 15 ontop of that
