For this deep conditioner, I used
1. 1 whole avocado
2. 3-4 tablespoons of castor oil
3. 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
4. 1 tablespoon of honey
Tips: Measurements are based on my hair length and thickness, add or subtract wherever needed. The key is for your hair to be saturated but not dripping and the mixture to not be watery. I use and prefer cold pressed pure castor oil but I have used black castor oil in the past and it also worked for me. Try using what you have first before buying new products or ingredients.
