Just stick with the 4 food groups, tobacco, caffeine, alcohol and pizza.

That FDA suggestion grouping olive oil with soybean oil, and saying to avoid coconut oil. The FDA continues to just put out whatever they're paid to put out.

FDA allows you to cut olive oil up to 40% and can still call it olive oil.

The food group at the end was the most important.

saturated fats are way better for you than seed oils. butter is something that you should always have in the diet

Step one is to ignore anything the FDA says. Their "studies" are funded by the very companies that make your food. Their goals are not the same as a consumer

That study you posted is conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). This is not the same as linoleic acid found in seed oils.

It’s industrial grade sludge.

Avocados, butter, coconut, ghee and beef tallow are the only plausible alternatives.

It’s always important to see who is funding your studies that you cite as well. For example through the 50’s and 60’s their was studies that said smoking was healthy for you. Guess who paid for those studies. 😂

I stopped ingesting seedoils and vegan food when my gut was about to quit itself on me. Went nearly full meat and the problem literally fixed itself.

Just because the health food industrial complex was wrong about salt, fat and cholesterol doesn't mean that they are wrong about this!

The main issue is with extracted vs pressed. Pressed they are just smushed nbd. Extraced they use other chemicals to extract the oil that get mixed in.
Pressed go bad really fast and are more expensive to make.
Extracted can be mass produced on a large scale.
