Nice idea - however you never want to cut from the back side of drywall - too much tear out/ risk of tear out in front .

How about just marking the floor and measure up to the center of the box " 14" by code" and then roto zip the box out. by the time you sponge the back, I've already got the board screwed off and on the next sheet.
