「本體感覺」訓練分為3個階段:
1. 利用患肢單腳站立維持平衡至少30秒,休息3秒,早晚至少各30次。
2. 和上述動作相同,但要閉上眼睛。
3. 於離牆面約等身高的距離,以患肢單腳站立,對著牆面比肩高的位置丟排球,接住彈回的球。以1回合執行10次為單位,每回合間休息10秒,早晚至少各3回合。
