I know english and I like learning just my grammar is a little bad but some 40 year old uncs in my country say "What are you saying" that means "what are you saying" (and yeah I am from turkey) those guys don't even know how to speak. We talk with the same language but these uncs have different accent. (But why? Beacuse our country has parts. What parts? Like, the Mediterranean Sea part, the Black Sea part, and the 3 Anatolian parts that are central anatolia, eastern anatolia southeastern Anatolia.)
