Ingredients:
2 eggs
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups AP flour
2/3 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 F and line muffin tin with paper cups
Sift together the flour, cacao powder, sugars, baking powder, baking soda and salt and set aside
Mix together the eggs, sour cream, oil, milk and vanilla
Add the wet ingredients into the dry and mix to combine
Stir in most of the chocolate chips, reserving some for muffin tops
Scoop batter into lined muffin cups
Top with chocolate chips
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
