I'm asking the following question because I'm curious about the unorthodox classroom setup, especially how you got rid of the usual desks and put in tables, how you have a carpet for them to sit on, and all the other elements that make your room unique. Do you teach special ed, or is it an experimental setup by the headmaster or district? I can't imagine learning in such a setting, and I myself have taught. I'm positive it works, but it makes me curious about how to maintain discipline and order and about the nature of the classroom demographic.
