Melt in mouth high protein moong dal malai ladoo isa must try this festive season.
So easy to make and everyone will love it.

Moong Dal Malai Ladoo
Ingredients :

Yellow moong dal - 200 gms
Ghee - 1/4t cup
Fresh Malai - 1 cup
Boora - 200 gms
Cashew Nuts - 1 tbsp
Roasted melon seeds - 1 tbsp
Kesar milk - 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 2 tsp

Method :

Wash yellow moong dal for 2-3 times. transfer over a cloth & rub with a towel & leave it for 10 mins .
Now transfer in a pan, roast for 10 mins in low flame till crisp & lightish brown in colour.
Cool the dal completely & grind to a fine powder.
Take ghee in a pan, transfer the dal powder & saute till it combines in low flame.
Add fresh malai, stir continuously & cook on low flame. First it will thicken, & slowly the mixture turns loose .
Add cardamom powder, kesar milk & mix. add cashews & roasted melon seeds & cook for 3-4 mins till mixture leaves the pan & ghee starts bubbling. The whole cooking process will take 15-20 mins.
Cool the dal mixture completely. Add boora, combine & make ladoos.
Enjoy festivities with this delicious melt in mouth ladoos. do try.
