Additionally, it also categorizes foods into Sattvic (promoting clarity), Rajasic (stimulating), and Tamasic (heavy) based on their effects on the body.
If you are someone who faces lethargy, dullness, and inertia on a regular basis, it could be because you’re consuming too much Tamasic foods.
In such a case, you should AVOID or REDUCE your consumption of the following Tamasic foods like 👇🏼
