The US Govt is now offering “Entrepreneur Visas” for up to 5 years to Founders and their family members...

👉🏼 A number of Indian entrepreneurs build products for a global market... it’s especially common in SaaS... which requires them to set up an entity in the US, maybe visit a few times for client meetings, and getting a visa is considered a big hurdle to cross

👉🏼 The US govt has started an “International Entrepreneur Parole”, which allows a 2.5 year resident visa with a 2.5 year extension for up to 3 co-founders, as well as a visa for the spouse who may get employment permit for the US. And of course, children will be given visas too.

👉🏼 The conditions include the entrepreneur to set up an entity in the US within the past 5 years of applying for the visa

👉🏼 The founder must own at least 10% equity in the startup entity in the US

👉🏼 The entity must demonstrate substantial potential for rapid growth and job creation by showing at least $264,147 in qualified investments from qualifying investors, at least $105,659 in qualified government awards or grants, or alternative evidence.

Look up the International Entrepreneur Rule on the US Citizenship and Immigration Services website.
