Absolutely..... I suffer from lumbar and hip osteoarthritis and recently plantar fasciitis and lots of my prayers are me standing but bent over in half in serious pain, crying and out of breath from the pain begging God to help me through this, and to take away the pain 😢😢

I do both. Bible speaks on how to pray. I speak to God all day and get my knees to pray. I will always keep Jesus in my heart and soul. He deserves every hour
