I got a 13,000 commercial job last year because the other guys didn’t answer the phone. No complaints here!!!

Very nice! Can’t tell you how many big jobs we’ve landed just bc we answered the phone first… so important 🙌

I've had businesses I can't understand anyone that isn't front and center for every customer. It's just laziness. Good job.

Hello, would you give a course to clean windows and roofs? I would like to do it too. My thing is to wash more heavy vehicles.

My sister wanted a cement patio and she called SO many people but no one would call her back!!!! One guy did come out and gave her an incredibly high estimate so I guess they didn’t really want the job.

Ain’t no way I could justify $410/mo to clean my windows. idc if my house was made of glass.

Exterior window cleaning only? The interior I would assume is a pain. I don’t offer window cleaning yet!

How much time per month does that leave you to do other jobs?

Last time I had my windows cleaned, my flowers ended up dead and streaks that won't wash off on my beautiful siding. I'm known as the Zebra house in the neighborhood...Never again...

This reminds me of something I've been wondering. I'm a solo gig, so no receptionist or anything. I'd like to set up a service where when someone calls me, my phone rings once, so I know it's coming through, but then rings a couple more times for the customer, then goes to something like "thank you for calling..., for commercial, press 1, for residential, press 2"....and then a menu of something like "if you are an existing client, press 1, for an estimate, press 2". Something like that. If I'm on a roof or latter, or maybe in traffic, I can't always answer safely. So I am looking for specifically this, where I'd get one quick ring on my phone, to get to a safe place to answer, and then just a quick normal menu for the client, so I can answer...every call. Because I definitely agree and think this is one of the best tips yet, Austin. So...anyone know of anything like this?
