Those look great! 😍
Try lightly frying the tortillas first to soften them. They will roll much easier. They will be less likely to fall apart if you soften them first

They look delicious for the corn tortillas cook them slightly in the oil so they get soft , roll them up and fry them that way. They won't break that way. Also you can buy a tortilla warmer where they warm up in microwave and it softens them to the point where they don't break

Fry them in the oil for a few seconds on both sides before rolling instead of steaming them

You needed 2 corn tortillas and fry them with a toothpick after you roll them

Less chicken so they can be rolled easily. I’ve also seen people use toothpicks to hold it in place while frying. You’ll get the hang of it. That looked delicious.

Next time use a kitchen towel instead of a paper napkin and less corn tortillas in the microwave. Do a small batch at a time. That will save your hands and the tortillas so your taquitos come out nice & tortillas hold shape. 😘💚🤍❤

My family would put two flautas together and stick 2 toothpicks in them to hold them together(one toothpick going through them close to one end and then the other one close to the other end). Then we fry it and when they are done we pull out the toothpick. Someone mentioned oil it up a little bit so the corn tortilla doesnt break. But honestly, the breaking depends on how dry the tortillas are and how much you stuff it.

If you cook it again use toothpicks and itll help keep the trotilas close. Either way good job, it looks soo good.
