Turo’s a bit of a scam for the consumer. It’s not bad to rent out older cars. But it’s bad when they get charged $100+ more than renting a new one through a company.

You could rent from enterprise for half the price of turo and drop the car off almost anywhere in the United States. Turo is only worth it for the customers if they are renting a spacific car newer car like a long test drive. Not shitbox that has probably never been maintained.

The lock box will scratch the tint if its film. You can put felt on it to prevent scratching.

As a dealer, you gotta get an inspection done on the car before renting it out man. New fluids, check the brakes, and tires. At least it'll be safe for the next person. Also a good detail.
