■ 材料(2~4人份)
・鮪魚刺身 1片(約180g)
・ 蛋黃醬 1湯匙(15 毫升)
・顆粒状日式高湯 1茶匙(5毫升)
・蔥花 隨意
・味醂 2又1/2 湯匙 (38ml)
・日式醬油 又1/2湯匙(38ml)

■製作方法

製作後, 在食用前將完成品放在冰箱裡一會兒,蛋黃醬的風味就會融化在鮪魚裡,讓它有一種像鮪魚腩般的滋味。

① 將味醂煮沸,使酒精蒸發,拌入醬油,放涼。
②用刀將鮪魚切碎。
③ 加入蛋黃醬和顆粒状高湯,攪拌均勻至粘稠。
④ 加入一半份量的蔥花,輕輕拌勻。只在鮪魚上面放上蔥,然後將步驟 1 中的醬汁倒在上面亦可。
