I completely understand. Spending a lot on finding a product that makes parenting easier can be an investment in your mental health (as long as your finances can handle it). It's not about pampering the child and fulfilling each and every whim, but about limiting the everyday fights. This way, you'll have energy for the meaningfull stuff like forcing safe boundaries, playing together, cuddling your child, reading with them...
