Ingredients:
Butter: 280g
Icing Sugar: 132g
Salt: 2g
Egg Liquid: 72g
Milk Powder: 40g
Cake Flour: 520g
Buttercream:
Butter: 150g
Icing Sugar: 30g
Whipping Cream: 120g
Food Coloring
Steps:
1 Cream the butter and icing sugar until smooth, then add the salt and egg liquid and beat until well combined.
2 Sift in the cake flour, knead into a dough, then roll it out into thin sheets and chill for later use.
3 Use a stamp(shop link in bio) to create patterns, then bake at 148°C for 15 minutes.
4 Pipe on the design.
