I would like to know how long and often it that position. It would be nice to get an answer. This sounds grate especially to alleviate meds

1 have problems with head pressure for 4days since i was in the gym and got it while lifting heavy and i was dizzy for the rest of the day ..And now i have some kind of headache and i feel pressure in the head and have slight less focus ..It's 4days since it started ..I want to know if I should go to the doctor and be worried ??. I have it probably due to high blood pressure from heavy lifting ..Thanks for answer
