I prefer removing it whenever I can. The plastic net plug is still easy to remove just by cutting it gently.
Mesh netting becomes a bit difficult to remove, especially when the plant is a mature plant.
I got this Rubber Shivereana from @urvann.india I let it acclimate in my home for few weeks before repotting it.
I hope it will recover from transplant shock soon🤞🏻
