Matera stands alone in this weird other worldly existence. Matera the cave town, is literally where people lived in caves up until the 1950s before they were all kicked out due to hygiene concerns. Here we explore the town from the skies, all that it has to offer in it's beauty. The old town and cathedral, the cave monastery and then a brief look at the caves across the value that many used to call home.
You will see us develop as aerial photographers as the episodes are released, learning more of what is possible and what we are capable of. We are using the DJI Mavic Mini (the first), so we are left with little assistance from the software, but it has certainly made us into better UAV operators.
