This book is an easy read, good page turner. It invokes emotions and feelings that you would expect from such a historical piece. Its different than most Holocaust, as the author didn't experience it but heard stories. In a way I don't agree with the author writing this book, its not her story to tell. But it feels as though the author had nothing else to write about and knew that people would buy a book that was written about one of our greatest world tragedies. Overall its a book about being born into a family that had survived the holocaust. I feel that this author had everything given to her and yet still had to profit off of her families dark past. I don't know if I will finish this book, I just don't agree with how it was written, seemingly from someone that wants to make money off of her families tragic past.
