There isnāt actually much that helps. The hair loss isnāt due to a nutritional deficiency, the follicle stimulating hormone doesnāt let any hair fall out during pregnancy and then after birth all those hair you wouldāve lost fall out pretty much all at once, then it regrows.

Almost 2 years later and my postpartum hair is still awful. So thin and the sides along my forehead have not grown back.
It is so depressing.
Iāve taken biotin and other things but nothing has helped me.
