I picked my dog because she was the only dog that showed calm and restraint that i didn't see with the other dogs. It was her calmness even when i walked past with a different dog, after meeting her, she just sat and watched. She's the exact same now 2 years later. my second rescue showed extreme anxiety and some fear aggression. She's 2 years in with the same energy. But i am glad to see that doesn't mean all dogs will be that challenging. When the time comes, I'll definitely give one a shot.

So, the bouncing bark doesn't bother me. It's when they do the really aggressive bark with bared teeth that I'm curious/worried about. Are dogs that display true barrier aggression more likely to be human reactive in your opinion?
