Hi David: "Heaven, I'm in heaven..." You have eaten so many curried food; chicken, beef, goat, shrimp, fish, etc. so when you say that one is better than the other, I truly understand where you are coming from. People have to understand that curry is a blend of spices and two people can cook the same thing but the taste depends on the blend of spices used. So there really shouldn't be any competition as to whose curried dish is better. I like a simple curried dish the way my mother used to cook it. So just eat up and enjoy.
