・無糖ヨーグルト...50g

・お好みでオレオなど

①●の材料を混ぜる
②そのほかの材料を混ぜる
③型に入れて200℃で5分焼く
④オレオをのせて再び5分焼く
⑤粗熱が冷めたら冷蔵庫で冷やして完成
