Can Gluten Intolerance Go Away on Its Own?
First, there are 3 types of gluten intolerance: coeliac disease, non-coeliac gluten sensitivity, and wheat allergy.
If you have celiac disease or wheat allergy, there’s no way it’s going to go away on its own. You need to avoid gluten forever.
However, in case of non-celiac gluten sensitivity, there’s hope for you.
Following a gluten-free diet should help control symptoms.
Even if you only have mild ones, changing your diet is still recommended to avoid serious complications.
Adopting a FODMAP diet for 2-6 weeks or a low ATIs diet may also alleviate your ailments.
Finally, you may find relief after eliminating all processed foods from your diet.
If you’re looking to support your gut in the process, check out our unique formulas Canxida Remove and Restore.
