I feel for the quiet kids, the overwhelming stereotypes or stigmas that are portrayed online just make me want to give them a break. Just letting them feel heard or frustrate their feelings gives them so much more in life.
Quiet kids are one of my favorite groups of people to talk to, give them the chance to be loud.

You may be quite but it’s nice to have a quite person you can just be yourself around, just to have them listen and respond when it really matters. And im sorry that you push friends away. I’m an extrovert, and I have almost no friends! I have anger issues, and perfectionism, which makes it hard to believe that I’m alright the way I am.. EVERYTHING has to be perfect for me, and if I’m not perfect, I get anxiety and over think stuff.. it sucks being the therapy friend
