Back in the early 2000s when vw tdis were almost new, I wanted to build one and wanted gapless top rings.
You guys asked for a used ring set and told me that they were very high quality.
I procured an OEM ring set and shipped them out ,had them modified for the gapless top rings.
It worked great ,leak down even after 30-40k was like 2%.
Any time I go that far on an engine again,even a lawnmower,I'll definitely be giving you guys a jingle βοΈ

Wish I'd have known this before I built my GS1000. You didn't make a gapless package for my combination, so I went with OEM. The motor leaked 1% after break in.

OK, Sir Lake of Clan Lube, here's my question - would there be any advantage to modding my ring set to a gapless 2nd ring in the build of my Ford 4.6L? Trick Flow heads, Stainless Works exhaust and more. Looking for mo powah and excessive durability for my daily driver.

Hey I just went to your web page and got my questions answered about my 99 Toyota Camry in re- ringing I spent an hour on the phone with Toyota for my questions and got no where your questions Forum gave me the answer I needed to re-ring and deglaze and cross hatch properly.
