Dear Doctor,
I recently underwent breast surgery. A fibroadenoma was removed from my right breast, and benign breast disease was diagnosed in the left breast.
Currently, I am experiencing significant pain and irritation specifically in the nipple area of the right breast. There are no stitches directly on the nipple — the stitches are on the side — but the nipple itself becomes very irritated, especially when it comes in contact with clothing. The pain increases while walking or moving. If the cloth is slightly rough or tight, it causes a scratching or burning sensation, making it quite uncomfortable.
Could you please let me know if this is a normal part of the healing process or something that needs further attention?
Also, I’ve been prescribed a course of memofene 10 tablets. Could you please confirm if these are related to breast cancer prevention or treatment?
