100%!! So well said!! Plus also, one is about POSITIVELY loving, and thus wanting to give pleasure, to someone. While the other is about very NEGATIVELY hating your own body, to the point that you want to drastically and irrevocably hurt yourself! One is centered in love, and the other one is centered in loathing! One is centered in accepting yourself, and the other one is centered in NOT being able to accept yourself!
..I think those are important distinctions, too. Although of course the trans movement likes to argue that what they're doing is "accepting their true gender", blah blah blah. But ultimately, people feel like they have a different "gender identity" than their bodies, because they can't accept themselves and their bodies as they are. Which is founded in self-HATRED. Not self-love. Thus why I don't support it. Well.. one part of the reason, anyway. :)

I sooo appreciate these videos. I dont understand how being homosexual has anything to do with someone wanting to be the opposite sex. Homosexuality is not a mental illness. Feeling like the opposite sex is a mental illness. If I was gay id be extremely offended being grouped into the same category as transvestites... oh wait that word is considered a slur now

I feel as if the only reason they were “tacked on” originally was because the vast majority (if not all) of the people were were transitioning back in the day were homosexuals who wanted to “escape” the trappings of their sexuality. Many of them even recognized that they were still gay men/women and weren’t AS delusional about their “identity” as many trans identified people now. However, transitioning and transness as a concept was ALWAYS homophobic, so it should’ve never been accepted by the LGB community at large in the first place. It’s just the modern day conversion therapy.
