ingredients:
25g high quality oolong or osmanthus tea
250g warm water (60°C)
120g fresh milk
15g simple syrup (1:1 sugar and water)
optional: dried flower petals for garnish
steps:
1. combine the simple syrup ingredients and cook on the stove on medium til sugar dissolves
2. to the same pot, add in the warm water and tea leaves and steep for 10 minutes
3. mix in milk
4. pour into a cup with the sieve to filter out tea leaves
5. garnish with dried flower petals
