I had ear problems since birth - I'm 68. Had tubes in my ears in my 40s. Stopped them when I turned 60. I do practice the exercises in your videos. They have helped tremendously. I'm definitely affected by the weather. I live in SW FL. Rainy season is a killer. I watched your technique in this video. I cringed when you cracked her neck. I have degenerative disks from whiplash years ago. So, the neck cracking is out for me. I also do your breathing videos. I'm a huge fan and believer in what you do. Thank you for your videos.

OMGosh.. Iāve only had these issues for 4-5 weeks (after a bad cold) and it feels like an eternity!! Both ears are still popping with the manipulations you showed in a previous video but itās taking time! Still have buzzing in one ear! I truly wonder if Van Gogh cut his ear off due to tinnitus!

hey - this is cool.. also have had the autophony and near deafness from clogged ear Ent did ctscan and found no fluids and put me on antibiotic and Aleve but still won't pop. What is this technique where the neck bones cracks so loud called and what exactly did this release .. I would so much love to be rid of the plugged ear and get my hearing back. Its seriously debilitating. thanks!
