Iāve installed close to 50 shower valves mainly Kohler/Delta and a few other brands.
Iāve done plenty of amazon valves, the quality control is absolute garbage. Itās a hit or miss if you get something that looks decent and I never trust the insides of the valves.
I always recommend delta, specially since diverters are a big thing now. I just donāt think thereās anything better than the R22000.

So buy a cheap chinese knock-off valve, and then prebuy your replacement parts, in case cheap chinese manufacturer's parts are unavailible in the future?!?
