I've started a calorie deficit (500 less calories) and I go on a one hour walk. My body feels extremely tired though and I'm waiting for it to get used to the walk so I can incorporate exercise. I've also improved my diet. Do you think this will work ?

Asking here instead of Google cause yuh. Are sweeteners actually healthy for you instead of sugar or is it just like the lesser of two evils here? Like is it really crucial to a diet/journey like this because I’m hypoglycaemic and I’m wondering if it’s worth it
