If you can take moose whit 6,5x55 swede then you can use the creedmore to. Just use good bulles for your game and most will fall 😊

Vortex Nation (they make optics, so have no skin in the game) did a very thorough overall comparison between 6.5 CM and .308, and the 6.5 actually came out on top. The terminal performance is better than a lot of people give it credit for. You can find the video here on YT.

I wanted to hate it,but there was a Rifle that i wanted and that was a few of the only calibers in it available.i hesitantly bought one,but to my surprise it actually shoots well and as long as itll put a deer down i guess i dont care anymore.

Heck yeah as you know I’m interested in getting that rifle but in left hand and chambered in 350 L. So I’m definitely looking forward to watching this one for sure.

Blesbuck 6.5 creedmore with mono or bonded bullets work well need use tougher bullet to get penetration deeper hit vitals.

Interesting enough, a popular Youtube creator which can be found by searching the name "Backfire" once did a good review of the 6.5 Creedmoor vs the 6.5 PRC, .308win and the 7mm Rem Mag in regards to penetration. The results are listed below.
The test included a 1" thick wood board followed by ballistic gellatin.
6.5 C ELDX 20.75"
6.5 C Interlock 20.75"
6.5 PRC 22.5"
7mm Rem Mag Interlock 21"
.308 Win ELDX 20.3"
The 6.5C will do this while expanding close to .50 in diameter and do such with a mild recoil.
A perfect cartridge?
Im not sure there is such a thing, but to say its lacking would be to share the same of many cartridges its compared to.

Just took my 6th deer with my 6.5
Just like the other 5, it dropped where it stood. 125 grain Winchester XP. That bullet doesn’t usually pass through, meaning it’s dumping every bit of energy it has, inside the animal
