Hoping this will make rotoscoping, wire removal and chroma keying easy for filmmakers which will cut down a ton of time and make most movies have more VFX and make it cost less but to perfect it is really hard. Even vfx artists sit and think in a frame "what the hell is that thing? Am I supposed to remove that or keep that?" You need to have perfect matching of the pixels. If it changes even slightly between frames it will be very obvious and will be useless. It should work in a way that understands shapes instead of keying based on pixel values which can cause flickering.
So far in the past all applications that tried to automate that failed except giving you very flawed TikTok shorts. Hoping this will be good enough for professional use, cuz otherwise I don't see much of an improvement.
