I think I just got retaliated against by the VA for getting a Senator involved in my claim. Where I’ve been rated 0% for my In-Service TBI . I had complained about a C&P exam that lasted only 35 minutes, and during that time, the examiner did five separate DBQs, one of which was a TBI DBQ, didn’t do any psychological neurological or cognitive testing. And she stated that my TBI had been resolved???? I complained and re requested a new exam. I also got my Senator involved, who initiated a Congressional inquiry, within two weeks I was given a 0% rating, and never got a new C&P exam. And just so you know I had already been determined disabled by the Social Security Administration for the same same exact TBI
