Hi. Guys. I am surgeon who have done more than 3.000 Thyroudectomies with classical incisio, around 4 cm in length on a rinkle of the scin, but I have modified the procedure using neurosurgical pins and Harmonic, using only one stich to approximate the muscles. Best scar results and no problems with voice and parathyroid glands. This video you saw is for kids to play with. If the patient bleeds will DIE!
