I once had a female employer, a corporate attorney, who had bariatric surgery to lose 100 pounds and then flipped out. She would randomly scream and throw things and she would publicly scapegoat a different staff member in every staff meeting. I also had a male employer--a publisher--who behaved the same way, and who once threw a heavy silver paperweight at my head. These people belong in prison (and/or a mental home) and yet they're owning and personally managing multi-million dollar corporations. See the Trump campaign for further case histories.
