My sorcerer uses cold magic which makes frost appear on her hands when she's casting using the gestures! Since she's a pale aasimar, she gets all sparkly for a few moments

I dont have a oc i draw frequently that casts hand on magic that isnt through an object, but i have a AU of an already existing character named prismo the wishmaster from adventure time where hes on the ground and has a physical form, and casts spells. its always fun to draw him doing magic, its always very pretty, and since hes my favorite character even in the original version of him its always even more fun.

Yep, my wizard uses biomancy magic a lot (a school of magic from the third party book Helianas guide to monsterhunting thats basically transmutation magic that focused way to much on the mutation part) and I like describing his magic as this very strong almost radioactive neon/lime green. The characters design is rather neutral in colors so the green casting makes him pop. He also has a little pygmy limegreen gelationus cube familiar named Roomba for more green pops of color.
I also like to flavor the spells as bodyparts morphing, like shield being a carapace quickly growing on the arm to block the hit or longstrider making the legs a bit longer and spindlier, dragonsbreath growing scales on the throat and much more. He and Virgo would either get along swimmingly or adding another bitter rival.
