Daktoritang (Korean Spicy Chicken Stew)
• 2 lbs. chicken drumsticks
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• 3 Tbsps gochugaru
• 3 Tbsps garlic, minced
• 2 Tbsps honey or sugar
• ¼ cup gochujang
• 2 tsps sesame oil
• 2 cups water or chicken broth
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 potatoes, cut into chunks
• 2 carrots, cut into chunks
• 2 cups cabbage, cut into chunks
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 2 Tbsps sesame seeds

Steps:
1. Make the sauce: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochugaru, garlic, honey, gochujang, and sesame oil.
2. Make 3 to 4 shallow cuts on each chicken drumstick. Place chicken in a pot.
3. Add onions, the sauce, and water. Bring to a boil, cover, simmer for 20 mins.
4. Add potatoes, carrots, and cabbage. Bring to a boil, cover, cook for 20 mins, stirring occasionally.
5. Uncover and cook for 5 more mins till sauce slightly thickens.
6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
