Thoroughly enjoyed crafting this set of boards including an end-grain board, a couple of smaller edge-grain boards, and a few serving boards. It was a good opportunity to put the ‪@axminster‬ bandsaw by ‪@gereedschappro‬ through its paces. It effortlessly sliced through a 7 cm thick blank made of quite hard species like oak, beech, wengé, and purple heart without a hitch. I'll admit, I was a little nervous pushing its 30 cm capacity to create two smaller edge-grain boards, but my worries turned out to be unnecessary. With a bit more fine-tuning, it might be time to try some more intricate cuts.
