Sorry to be a pain but I have another question.
So even without trying I eat my daily calories in a 5-6H window (which i can absolutely tighten to 4H) buuuuuuut this excludes my coffee on waking.
I used to have coffee w coffee cream (no sugar, or fake creamers. Then I started doing cream and part of a keto RTD protein drink.
I wonder if It would be better to go back to just a little bit of cream (keeps glycemic control tighter) at least for my AM coffee.
I cannot drink it black, and I cannot push my 4H window to waking as if I eat that early I will vomit (crohns and lots of nausea issues)
However I’m extremely motivated to make this work. I’m not looking for excuses I’m looking for a way to make it doable for me so I won’t embark on something I won’t wanna stick to .
