This pumpkin spice cold foam is the perfect way to enjoy a hot fall day or brighten up a long afternoon. Plus, it’s super simple to make and can be customized to be just how you like it!

1/4 cup milk (froths to 1 cup)
1 tsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice), optional
1 tsp pumpkin puree
1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Using a handheld frother or blender, froth the milk until it has quadrupled in size. Then add the maple syrup (or sweetener of your choice, if desired), pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Froth everything together, then pour on top of iced coffee or cold brew.

Thanks πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»for sharing this Kaleb! Looks like a delicious Autumn topping for coffee. It’s funny, because I made 8oz of milk with powdered milk earlier today & a coffee frother & was wondering how you make coffee flavored whipped cream & voila you post one

Yes, this is delish. One tip that is either left out or not clear. Once I got a frothier is the temperature & different types of milk. 2%, skim, oat, soy, almond milks are okay frothed cold, warm or hot (145*F - 150*F). However if using whole, coconut & possibly cashew milk they are best frothed warm to hot (145*F - 150*F). Tried both with whole & coconut milks, thanks for sharing definitely yummy. Though too drinking from straws & the air bubbles in the frothing yields excessive gas. β˜•οΈπŸ§ŠπŸ₯›πŸ§ƒπŸ₯€πŸ§‹πŸ»πŸ’πŸ’ πŸ˜…πŸ€ πŸŽƒπŸπŸ§š

Just made it, and it's delicious. I had heavy whipping cream and pumpkin pie spice and of course decaf coffee pods. I loved it! I always switch to pumpkin spice coffee pods in September anyway. Thx!
