As neuromedicine physician I forget sometimes go to bathroom due to emergency cases for 12hrs (time=tissue) when I focus on work I forget eat or drink or go to bathroom
My husband cardiovascular surgeon work surgery for 10 and 12 hrs surgery without go to bathroom

Iāve seen so many comments about people saying how long they can go without using the restroomā USE THE RESTROOM IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION/AVAILABILITY TO. Holding your pee can cause bad UTIās and bad urinary tract and bladder health. If you do it for such long periods of time over the years, it can create a plethora of health problems, it can actually weaken your pelvic muscles or whatever the muscles are called that hold your pee too. My mom works in the education system, and there are many teachers she knows and who I know through her that now have extremely bad urinary problems from not really being allowed to use the bathroom at the schools for 20 years. Some of them have never even had kids, yet theyāre crossing their legs when they sneeze to keep from peeing themselves. PLEEAAAASSEEEEE use the restroom and drink lots of water!!

Healthy kidneys pee every two hours. That is what we are suppose to do. The kidneys filter out blood of toxins/yucky stuff, then we pee out the yucky stuff. Yāall need to get checked.

People in the comments donāt realise that everybodyās different I have severe easophageal and gastrointestinal problems where I cant eat food and I have to go to the bathroom very regularly, comparing yourself to others isnāt right. She could have a condition we donāt know about, Iām not saying she does but you donāt know, many ppl may not want to share personal things or she could just do it for comfort, her body her choice and if sheās happy thatās all that matters

You donāt need to go to the toilet if you sweat badly during the performance, which most artists do. 3hrs ++ should be just fine.

During my school years, never had I ever used the bathroom. For your info, school in Greece lasts at least 5-6 hours.

Retired nurse here . I worked an eight hour shift without a bathroom break most days for 33 years . Taylor is young and healthy 4 hours should not be a stretch
