Here is my estimate for those not believing her protein count.
Protein grams:
1 Zero Carb Tortilla = 2g
Red Enchilada Sauce = 0g
1 Zero Carb Tortilla = 2g
100g Black Beans = 9g
Green Chilies = 0g
1/4 c shredded chicken = 9.5g
Red enchilada sauce = 0g
22g Cheese = 5g protein
Repeat Layers
27.5 + 27.5 = 55g protein
Close enough!
EDIT:
I forgot she topped it off.
Protein is in avocado and even a tiny bit in sour cream.

I like your positive attitude but you confuse me. I’m thrilled that you had success with Ozempic. I’m sure the anti- inflammatory diet is the cherry on top for you to feel better and less swollen etc.. Not everyone qualifies for medication. Plus cheese is dairy & the sauce has tomatoes which are night shades. Can you please explain why and when you added these back in? Those are 2 of the biggest categories to eliminate in your diet. I would appreciate hearing your thoughts. Ty.
