I like your positive attitude but you confuse me. I’m thrilled that you had success with Ozempic. I’m sure the anti- inflammatory diet is the cherry on top for you to feel better and less swollen etc.. Not everyone qualifies for medication. Plus cheese is dairy & the sauce has tomatoes which are night shades. Can you please explain why and when you added these back in? Those are 2 of the biggest categories to eliminate in your diet. I would appreciate hearing your thoughts. Ty.

Substitute the sour cream with plain Greek yogurt. It tastes the same with less calories and more protein.
