the restrictions for partner airlines at times have been the doing of partners not AC because of Mileage brokers who were booking up seats instantly as refundable and holding them to then resell for much higher. they have had to work on better security processes to resolve.

Donât points expire after a year, though? If youâre a frequent flyer, thatâs cool. But if you just travel every now and again, buying points seem like a waste of money. I donât know a lot about points, though.

I like points but don't like to be really restricted in using them. Prefer credit cards with cash rebates, and I have a United credit card that collects miles by just charging, but I'm in a United hub so guaranteed to use them, but usually just pay for business class

I flew on Air Canada recently from Montreal to New Delhi in business/first class and im ngl it was very underwhelming. The plane was a 787-9 and it was so tight and crammed, I couldnât even fully stretch my legs while laying down (6â1 height not too tall) and the food was very subpar. Frozen beans that made everyone who ate them need to use the bathroom (#2 đŠ) and a few other things that just rubbed me the wrong way.

yea I've redeeemd almost all my aeroplan points now. Doesn't seem that things are going to get better for redemptions. I see devaluing and also the partners dropping award space for many routes. I don't think ANA will rejoin anytime soon.
